Spring has Sprung - or at least it will today at 4:21 pm PDT. This picture really made me think about how, as a kid, I used to pop out of bed and couldn't wait to go outside and play. It was just FUN being outside and doing something with friends. Thinking about just the mind set of "Going outside and playing" and embracing it again motivates me in a positive direction. Today that mindset translates into running out the door with my dog, headed for a long walk by the ocean.
Bringing on the FUN and putting the PLAY back in exercise, is what puts a Spring and an occasional Leap in my step. -MF
